JukeBeast does not guarantee that being featured, ranked, or promoted will result in recruiting opportunities, scholarship offers, college admission, team selection, sponsorship opportunities, or any other athletic or professional outcome.

3. Recruiting Information

JukeBeast may report information regarding college recruiting, scholarship offers, commitments, visits, and related activity.

Recruiting information may be provided by athletes, families, coaches, schools, colleges, universities, or other sources. JukeBeast does not guarantee the accuracy or continued validity of recruiting information.

Athletes and families should confirm recruiting information directly with the applicable college, university, coach, or athletic program.

4. User Submitted Content

Users may have opportunities to submit player information, photographs, videos, statistics, highlights, social media links, accomplishments, biographies, or other materials to JukeBeast.

By submitting content, you represent that you have the right and authority to provide that content to JukeBeast.

You grant JukeBeast a nonexclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, crop, format, publish, display, distribute, and promote submitted content in connection with JukeBeast, including on the JukeBeast website, social media accounts, digital publications, marketing materials, and other JukeBeast media.

Submission of content does not guarantee that JukeBeast will publish or feature it.

Many athletes featured by JukeBeast may be under the age of 18.
